We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, please contact us via email or the contact form below and we will deal with the issue as soon as possible.

To keep our products the best value to you, we do not have a phone line. However please Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 2 working days although of course we aim to get back to you sooner. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will only receive a reply the following Monday or Tuesday. Alternatively you can send us an email directly to info@seal-smart.co.uk. The same reply window applies here too.

We currently only ship to mainland UK. We are looking to expand our deliveries in the future so please keep posted.

We aim to have your delivery with you within 2 working days. Please bear in mind that we are at the mercy of the delivery network and delays and mistakes do happen. If you have not received your order in this window, check your tracking reference if you have one, or if not, please get in touch and we will look into this for you.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, have any seals still closed, and include all the original packaging. Please contact us and we will get right on it.

It is a shame it has got to this point as we aim to deliver 100% order satisfaction. However, in the unlikely event that an item is returned, refunds are processed within 7 days from when the items arrive back with us to be checked. This could take a further 7 days to arrive back with you but we aim to have any refunds processed as soon as possible.
